Field Flowers a Scrap Page
Ciao Bella,
I think I have found a new stamp set to add to the Favorites List ….. Field Flowers …..

A simple layout … perfect for that moment of time … and Yes I still think this stamp's sets images are soothing …..It is only a 6 X 6 page ….that I think would be great framed ……I think this page is almost romantic or nostalgic….

I have to say, I think Tangerine Tango with Crumb Cake or Early Espresso is a new fall favorite color combination …..
For the accent flower… I stamp off on of the flower images in Tangerine Tango , Fussy cut it and then sponged the edges with Early Espresso …and Adding the Antique Brad ….I really love the look of it …..
Don't forget registration is open for the Christmas Extravaganza stamp and Scrap Camp …..On November 5th…..
Have a great weekend everybody…and don't forget to get your silly on …..

Petite Pocket Memory Book
Ciao Bella,
Look what I have for you today…….

isn't it just darling ….. and yes i went a little overboard with the ribbon….. It is a Memory Book made with the Petite Pockets die and Creative Elements Stamp Set ….. Each Page is made of one Pocket ….so there is plenty of room to keep small mementos…..leaves, rocks, lock of hair, ticket stubs…what ever…

Don't you just love this flower from creative elements set….I just love it stamped in daffodil delight , a pumpkin pie brad in the middle, set against the Cherry Cobbler…really gives it a 3-d look…..

There is plenty of room for pictures and journaling……. Of course there is my favorite blue Island Indigo… I couldn't not use it …..
It was really easy to make … I just Die cut all the envelopes from the petite pocket die …. Decorated them first ….that's the key… then attached them to one another with just a tiny bit of Sticky Strip …to make sure they stayed lined up… while I punched a whole with my crop a dile for the ribbon…..easy peasy …..
On another note I want to thank all of you for your kind notes and personal stories of having Sept 11 being a personal special day and how you cope with both ….. I am compiling them to give to my friend …..Thanks so much …..
If you have any questions … I'm always available ….. Sherry@sherrystampinbella.com

Scrapbooking Best Friends Forever
Ciao Bella,
I haven't done a scrapbook page in a while and i was thinking it was about time…And on one of the Stampin' Up Demo Professional groups I belong to , they had a layout in their Weekly Scrapbooking Challenge that really just …spoke to me…I instantly know what to create…..so here it is …..

I used the Best Friends Forever Stamp Set, it is awesome for creating scrapbooks …take the BFF out and you could have an entire album done …all you would have to do is change up some of the bling and placement of the pictures ….I bet you could ….really….

Here is a little close up …. I used only In- Colors…Pool Party, Island Indigo, Cameo Coral, Lucky Limeade, and Poppy Parade, and I also used Glimmer Brads…I also used the Two Tags Die for my bigshot to create my photo mats….Since I was using such vibrant colors but still wanting a vintage-ish feel …I used confetti White Card Stock…..as my base …..

This stamp set is so versatile …. I made a matching card…..Did I tell you … I used vanilla Smooch Spritz on both the page and the card … it is my favorite for sparkle…..actually …..my whole desk is covered in Smooch Spritz…..because I'm too lazy ….I just move paper and stuff out of the way …and spritz away…..Some days you would think I was part of the Twilight cast , because somehow I get it all over me including my face…lol
Ok back to the card…the same elements ….almost the same focal point ….again this could a thank you card or a birthday card …just change the BFF to what ever your heart desires…..
Now BIG Reminders …….Tomorrow …Tomorrow …Tomorrow
yep the BUY 3 get 1 free ENDS TOMORROW !!!!!!!
STampin Up campaign Against Breast Cancer ENDS TOMORROW!!!!!!!
YEP ….. the Summer Mini Catty Ends TOMORROW ….
So it time to get those things you have been putting Off …….It's Now or Never ……….
all you have to do is click my Shop now button …. you don't even have to get dressed …stay in your PJs….but you still need to just get before it's gone ….
See you tomorrow

Who are those Kids?…..
Ciao Bella,
Last Sunday was my 18th wedding anniversary to my very sweet prince of a husband …and to celebrate 18 years ….. I made a little Scrap page …that will eventually get framed …..
Are you ready to see me in a picture? I know …..Me showing pictures of myself is very rare…..
.jpg)
I know pretty scary…..I look at the photo from 1993, taken 3 days before we got married and it was taken by his stepmother ….who I just met with his father about an hour before the picture was taken …..anyway… I look at that picture and think … Who in the World are those kids…and are they old enough to get married? lol…..
I used the Notable Ornate Stamp Set ….. and the Size of the page is new to me at 8 x 8, but Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, were the main colors …with some Pretty in Pink accents… Some victoria lace and Baja breeze seem binding ribbon …just for fun …..and of course it wouldn't be me …if I didn't have pearls and rhinestones… Even with all the girly stuff … my husband loves the page …and it was his idea to frame it …..
Here is just a quick look at a card I design using Mr. Snail , from button buddies… this card was a reject for the FREE CLASS I'm Having on August 23 and 24th …..

He didn't quite make the cut … he is cute, but I wanted something a bit more for the class… He won't be forgotten, he will find a new life as my August Workshop Make and Take….. I have a few dates open of August so If you would like to Meet Mr Snail and have a great time with all your friends making your own Mr. Snail …..Contact me Today to set up your workshop…It's easy…to have a workshop …and I'll even make it easier by doing it in MY HOME… no cleaning for you …..

Journals For Stampin Up Convention
Ciao Bella,
I have a sort of treat for you today ….. My Sister Demo asked me to make her some 5 x 5 journals for gifts, for when she goes to Stampin Up's convention this week… well When I was finished … I forgot to take pictures to show you …..But what I do Have is design pictures …from the emails as I was creating them ….. these are not the complete finished project… but you get the idea and I still think they look pretty cool ….. So please excuse the back ground and quickie photography…..
This first one uses the Paisley Petals designer series paper and the sentiment is from On the grow from the summer Mini catty…
And those gorgeous Blues are… Island Indigo and Pool party … this years NEW IN COLORS
Don't you just love those Blues… who knew back in April or was it May when Stampin Up was giving the Sneak Peek at this paper that we would also be getting a sneak Peek at the New In Colors …
When it was all said and done this one had some sponging and decorative pearls added….

This one was actually a reject because well it was nice but just didn't have that WOW effect we were looking for …..

This one … the Calypso Coral … Just didn't seem to work and this one was rejected as well….. Well it was Ok… but there just wasn't enough of the Calypso Coral in the Designer Series Paper…and it seems just a little Too bright ….
So What I ended up with was the punched strip under the label being Cherry Cobbler… Of course …I forgot to take a picture… but take my word… it was stunning and defiantly a WOW…..
These were so simple but stunning and perfect for a gift or summer travel log…Oh you know what… They would be perfect for somebody to document a segment of there life … like maybe a High School Senior …the pages inside are made of cardstock so they are sturdy enough and perfect for scrapbooking.
If you would like to learn to make on of these , I would be more than happy to show you … just Email me at Sherry@Sherrystampinbella.com and we will get started right way…

National Scrapbooking Month…..
Ciao Bella,
May is National Scrapbooking Month…..and to Celebrate I have a few things planned that I will share over the course of this month…
First I want to show you is this adorable 3 x 3 mini scrap page…….
This is not a normal scrap page, is it also a wall or decorative piece… the base is a 3×3 stretched canvas….it was so easy to make …very clean and simple for a vintage-ish type project… the sediment is from the new stamp set , On the Grow from the Summer Mini Catalog…It was a real hit at the art festival last weekend…Because all you had to do was add a wallet sized picture and you were done…..
The designer Series Paper was cut with Scalloped Square Duo die with the Big Shot..how perfect is that …some pear pizzazz seam binding,a designer big button…how easy is that…my favorite kind easy peasy…..
Keep an eye out … I'm putting together the perfect scrapbook in a day class for the end of this month …..featuring the new Playful Polka dots simple scrapin kit ….
I'm having so much fun playing with this kit that it's hard trying to decide what layouts to use …..
thanks for stopping by …..

Clear for teddy
Ciao Bella,
Yesterday, I showed you a 6×6 scrap page featuring the Clearly for you stamp set and said today I would show you another that was inspired from that little page…

Now this one is a little more over the top ….Because this page is a gift that a friend asked me to make for her…she wanted teddy bears, butterflies, baby in basket…..there is allot going on on this page

There are lots of Jewels and pearls as well. I am thinking the vintage trinket safety pin, needs a little something more …maybe a pink tiny knot…
Not only did I use the Clearly for You stamp set, I also used the Teddy & Train…And of course a lot of Big Shot Embossing Folder and Embosslettes, and the Scalloped Square Duo die… Punches …at least 4 different ones…and the color Spitzer tool…..This page is almost a stamp camp by it self …..Maybe I should have a class on vintage Scrap Pages … Hmm……
Let me know what you think ?

Scrap’n Clearly for You
Ciao Bella,
I just can't stop using the Clearly For You stamp set… I just love it …..So I thought I'd try a Scrapbook page….take a look

When I created this page I really wasn't thinking "baby"…..I was just thinking Spring and loving the Baja Breeze stamped directly on to the Crumb Cake …..well I had a friend drop by and say… what a perfect baby page … and I was like … you're right….and then she asked me to make her one, bigger with some changes but based on this …..this is only 6×6…..so tomorrow I will show you, what I created for her …..
Ok I will see you tomorrow …..

One Little, Two Little, Three Little…..

I did find a little time to create yesterday…I created my November Scrapbook page, using the Play Date Quick Accent Pieces….I just love how a page can come together so quickly…I even added a Little punch art …..now remember I'm not know for my punch art…but I think I did OK….this page reminds me of that old Childhood song .. 1 little, 2 little,3 little Indians….

A Scrappers Ornament
Ciao Bella,
I hope you all had a safe Halloween, I know I had a fun time meeting some of my neighbors …I had some of my Halloween Craft Fair Items left over an thought what a great way to meet my neighbors…I handed out regular Candy to the kids… but the moms would stay at the curb… so I started yelling …"I have Mom treats"…you would be surprised how many RAN up to me saying … Mom treats… I have never got those before…It has confirmed to me that it doesn't matter how old you are …Trick or Treat-ing is fun …
So With Halloween officially over …And Today being All Saints Day…not a big holiday in the US but in Europe …it officially marks the Start of the Christmas Season …you try shopping today in Europe today … it will rival our Day after Thanksgiving…..lol… I thought I would share a Christmas Ornament that is a great Project for everyone…even the scrapbooker …..

This little Christmas ornament, is so cute and is perfect for those School Pictures that should be arriving anytime now… I used the Big Shot and the Big Square Scallop Die to make the base of METAL and the Crumb Cake Card stock …Yes the Big Shot can cut metal …I used Metal Flashing from my local home improvement store…I also used my crop-a-dile to punch a hole in the top to tie my linen tread , for the hanger…
after that I just layered and decorated with the Boughs and Bells stamp set added a couple of brad and mini library clips…and I did use Sticky Strip to adhere the card stock to the metal… I didn't worry about it the metal showed or not … a little peeking of it is good, so it can catch the light of your Christmas tree…..I left mine simple, but I think I will make a few more with the new glass glitter or maybe some gold waffle paper… who knows…..
If you would like to make one of the these or just need the supplies email me and I will be more than happy to assist you …

October Play Date
Ciao Bella,
I haven't shared any Scrapbooking with you lately, and the last time I did I used the Play Date Quick Accents. Well I have to admit that my boys are a little big for the Back- to- School thing ( they are both in High School) so that them doesn't come easily. When I made the September Page the I realized that I could scrapbook a page for every month. So today after creating the October page, I'm going to challenge myself with creating a entire year, month by month of pages using just this package of Play Date Quick Accents… ok well maybe a punch or two…but I know that some of my scrap bookers don't really like to stamp and some of my stampers don't like Scrapbooking…So this will be also a challenge to see if can make both groups happy …
Ok ready to see the page…
.jpg)
All I did was use the accents from Play Date Quick Accent ( 117172) pg. 176 in the IB&C, and the New Bitty Bat Punch ( 119279) pg. 201 in the IB&C and the Oval Punch (119855) pg. 203 in the IB&C to create a few holiday elements, I wanted to keep the Halloween Simple and not have it take over the overall theme. that way when I'm done with my challenge to create a page for every month, the Play Date Quick Accents will still be the focus…
Here is what a pack of Play Date Quick Accents looks like:.jpg)
I hope you will follow my challenge, I'm thinking maybe a new page about once a week ….
Don't forget you are invited to my Mystery Workshop Next Tuesday Sept. 28th at 6:30pm … Don't forget to RSVP
