Decking The Halls with Pearls and Rhinestones

Ciao Bella,

Today is my last Thursday at the Hinesville Farmer's Market. It is hard to believe that the Farmer's Market season is over. It went by so fast …

At the market I will be featuring the box set of cards I featured a couple of days ago, some individual cards and some new items…

Right now I thought I'd share a couple of quick but very elegant cards…

deck the halls with pearls and rhinestones

This has to be one of my favorite Holiday cards I've made. It is Cherry Cobbler Card Stock base with just a piece of Deck the Halls Designer Series Paper. To jazz it up I tied Always Artichoke seam binding ribbon with a knot of Crochet Trim. If you look close at the white Poinsettias there are  basic pearls and basic rhinestones jewels in the center. I know it is hard to see. I have had to fight Mr. Sun the last few days to get a good picture. I think he won too …lol

deck the halls xmas cad

Here again Mr. Sun won the battle of good lighting. Anyway…this card is also super simple, Just a piece Deck the Halls Designer Series Paper on a Crumb Cake Card Stock Base. The Stamped image is from the stamp Set Welcome Christmas. More Basic Pearls … I just love those…love them..and some Cherry Cobbler seam binding ribbon….

I really just love when cards come together without too much work ….

Please Let me know if you need any of these supplies to create your own Holiday Cards…I will be happy assist you …..Don't forget the Deck The Halls Bundle Pack is perfect for these cards…

Vintage Joy….

Ciao Bella,

More cards from the Oktober Fest are on the agenda today..

Sorry about the bad lighting, the sun was not cooperating with me …lol…I also included the box set picture of the Dasher card from yesterday…

I just love the "joy" cards… I just might make more and use them for my own Christmas cards…I do have to admit, these cards were inspired by a card that my stampin' sister Tiffany B. created…

The Card Base is Crumb Cake, and I used Deck The Halls Designer Series Paper. For the Image I used the stamp set Welcome Christmas. The ribbon is the Always Artichoke Seam Binding ribbon from the Holiday Mini Catalog and if you look real close there are two pearls on either side of the letter "O"… Who new that you could get clean and simple and vintage in the same card…

Here is the card again only this time, I used a different piece of Deck The Hall Designer Series Paper and used crochet trim instead of the seam binding…

I bet you are wondering how I got the two images, the joy and the wreath to lay together without over lapping…well that is called masking… If you are interested in learning how to do this.. These cards will be on the Buffet, Saturday Nov 6th…

What Buffet you are wondering? ….a Christmas Card Buffet…

Deck the Halls to Welcome Christmas

Ciao Bella,

I know … Bad stampinbella, I didn't post yesterday.. I am in the process of trying to find quality affordable education my two teenage boys…the current high school they attend doesn't even meet the state accreditation and well there is too much to go on about …but while I was at The Hinesville Farmer's Market, I was able to do a little creating…

I love the Designer Series Paper in the Holiday Mini Catalog…

Deck the Halls with perals and jewels

I just love how the paper itself can be the focus of the card. I just layered it on some Cherry Cobbler Card Stock, and just a little ribbon and to make the perfect almost regal feel I added some Basic Pearls(119246) and Basic Rhinestones(119247) both are on pg. 188 in    the IB&C. It took me less than 5 minutes to make this…

deck the halls and welcome xmas

Here is another card, using all the same ingredients, plus I added the JOY stamp from the stamp set Welcome Christmas (120597) on pg. 37 in the IB&C.  I'm still thinking it needs a little something on the bottom of the card….  Leave me a comment and let me know what you think needs to be added.
