Tags Till Christmas
Ciao Bella,
I am still busy busy these days getting ready for next months craft shows…this weekend I worked on Gift Tags…but before I share.. I need to share a little secret with you first…In my house we don't use gift tags….oh no the world just might end…I know…years ago when my kids were little, there was all that "some assembly required" stuff, and then when they were older we lived overseas …and I learned that tags and bows don't mail well… So In my house, I buy each person there own special gift wrap…..and yes Including one for me so my Dear Husband and Kids just have to ask "Mom where's YOUR wrapping paper"….and then when all is said and done … all the pretty wrapping either goes into the trash or the fire place…and the thought of my home made tags…going there… is very hard for me…so in my house…that doesn't happen …
Ok …. But for the rest of the world Christmas Gift Tags, are a necessity…and I'm ok that…so let me share with you some gift tags, I made for the craft Fairs ….

Aren't they cute, and SOOOO SOOOO simple ….I used the Tags Till Christmas stamp Set ( 121169) pg. 24 in the Holiday Mini Catalog… And all the stamps in that have a coordinating punch to go with it …it makes it easy to have perfect tags every time… My new favorite punch is the Decorative Label (120907) Extra Large Punch, pg. 24 in the Holiday Mini Catalog….
I'm still working on a super cute way to package these… and I think I found one, however I'm going to reveal that in a tutorial During My 12 weeks of Christmas Special… During this Special ONLY my Newsletter Subscribers will receive a Special Gift email from me containing projects, tutorials and other surprises… This 12 weeks of Christmas will start on October 4th…If you are not a newsletter subscriber, sign up today to you can get your 12 Weeks of Christmas…

The Mermaid Rag Bag
Ciao Bella,
Well, yesterday I spent my day sewing, I know you are scared now aren't you…Me and a sewing machine, Never a good combination…but I have to admit we got along pretty well…slow moving but pretty well…Now you are asking Why?…
I have been asked to have a craft vendor booth and 2 different events here in Hinesville…The first one is a 3 day affair at the Hinesville's Oktoberfest, lots of people and lots of Christmas shopping and the other is the Liberty County Fall Festival another large crowd event…both are next month in October…so I have a lot of getting ready to do… not only do they want all my paper crafting cards and gifts they also want all the vintage fabric items…which means the RagBags…
So today I thought I would share with you a Rag Bag that to me reminds me of Mermaids…The bag is not finished, I have embellishing to do, but I wanted to give a little something…These are really easy to make too..

Here is a close up of the Fabric… Can you see why it reminds me of a Mermaid…All I need to do is add some "shiny" to it because we all know mermaids are distracted by shiny things…and I'm all set…
The Key to making these bags, is to use the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine(113439) pg. 204 in the IB&C, with the Scallop Square Die( 115950) pg. 207 in the IB&C…
If you are interested in learning to make these one of a kind bags… I offer private classes just for these bags…all you have to do is email me and we can find a time that works for you….
Now for those of you who enjoyed the scavenger hunt for $400 SU Shopping Spree…There is another round starting today…this time it is a little different…
you need to search for 20 blogs with LNS owl logo, find the clues, when you find 20 clues … now it's a little different this time… EMAIL ME with all 20 clues and I will enter your name into the drawing…and as a bonus for my customers( sorry no demos), I will send you a little treat as well…
to find other Blogs with the LNS logo go to http://yourhiredscrapbooksupplies.blogspot.com/2010/09/late-night-stamper-scavenger-hunt-round.html
So what is my Clue….. What Die Did I use to make the Rag Bag?
Have fun and good luck

Just Believe…
Ciao Bella,
I'm still having fun with the Just Believe Stamp Set (120453) on pg. 109 in the Idea Book and Catalog…..

These were so easy to make, I just used my Stampin' Write Markers directly on the stamp to get a variety of colors….I'm telling you so so easy to make… I did leave the box in the center empty…I'm going to write the name of the person who is going to receive it in the box…just for that personalized touch…..

Isn't it just darling ….And Many of the stamp camp Participants who were on information overload asked if I would post a tutorial on how to make it.

With the Holidays right around the corner wouldn't be great to let these kids have a "glittery" good time …..So order you kit to help these kids enjoy the Holidays…
