Ciao Bella,
I'm running a little late in posting today …I was up and out the door , way too early…..anyway… I had a friend ask me if I made book marks that were not so juvenile….as she was looking at all my Halloween bookmarks the last time I was at the Farmer's Market…Of course I said yes…
So tonight I'm going to meet her and surprise her with this little beauty…

There is so much going on here, I'm not sure where to start…I used a strip of the Designer Series Paper, Presto Patterns ( 117175) pg. 172, in the IB&C, the stamp set Notably Ornate( 120561)pg. 125 in the IB&C, Chantilly Crochet Trim( 118480) pg. 190 in the IB&C, Paper Daisies(119243) and Basic Pearls( 119247) and both of those are on pg. 188 in the IB&C, and last I used the new Decorative Label Punch ( 120907) pg. 25 in the Holiday Mini Catalog…I told you there was a lot going on …..
I know my friend will love it …

Are you going to make these?
Ciao Bella,
I have a workshop tomorrow morning and so I thought I would do a quick share on what we would be making ….We will be making 2 project.s..a card and a scrapbook page
Here is the card
I started with Pale Plum for the card stock for the base and layered with Very Vanilla. I stamped in Pale Plum classic ink using the Vintage Vogue stamp set on page 26 of the Occasions Mini Catalog. The flowers were also stamped from the same stamp set .. I cut them out, popped a decorative brad in the middle and used Stampin' Dimensional to Affix then to the card. The butterflies were made with Stampin' UP! Beautiful Wings Embosslits Die also in the Occasion Mini Catalog on page 24. The Greeting is from the Well Scripted set in the Occasions mini as well.
Guess what?….. if you purchased those 2 stamps set and the Embosslits Die in the clear mounted option that would be $58.95… that enough for a FREE Item from the SALE A BRATION catalog…..
Here is the Scrapbook Page

This is a 6X6 page …and that's not me in the picture….I used the new Extra Large Fancy Flower Punch from the … you guessed it .. the Occasions Mini Catty, pg 10, $ 22.95 with the 1 1/4 inch circle punch from the IB&C pg 186, $ 15.95 and the Modern Label Punch, pg. 186, $ 15.95. not to mention the Trio Flower Punch pg. 186, $15.95 . the Ribbon is from the Occasion Mini and it is Very Vanilla 5/8" stain Ribbon pg. 27, $13.95 for aprox 15 yards…the Medallion stamp is on pg. 133 in the IB&C and it goes for $17.95… I love this stamp…I'm actually thinking of doing or boarder or something like it on a wall in my house … I'll post pictures when I'm done…..I used Brocade Blue card Stock for the page base and Bashful Blue for the mat and punches… plus a little sponging around the edges on the flower… I know you can't see it very well but I took Platinum Shimmer paint… yes you can still buy… isn't that way cool…anyway I mixed it up and put it in a spray/mister and misted the page…so it has this faint shimmer to it … It is really cool…
From this project if you bought the Extra Large Fancy Flower punch and just 2 of the three other punches, you would get FREE SALE A BRATION stamps ….
I'm telling you SALE A Bration is almost over only a few more days left … If you want those FREE stamps … and there are over 75 stamp sets to choose from … you need to contact me … today … it ends March 29th….Hurry !!!!!

Stampin’ Pastels and SALE A BRATION
Ciao Bella,
I was on the Stampin' Up Demonstrator Website yesterday and I can across the Featured Project. I just had to share…
please excuse my personal water mark, at the moment it the only one I have, one of these days I will have Michelle at Laycock Designs make me just an SU only copyright water mark…but until then we'll muddle through ….Now back to this project….
.jpg)
This card is so simple and pink…..but more than that it reminded of the VERY very first Stampin' Up! workshop I ever went to…..See I LOVE to color and before discovering Stampin' Up! I would on occasion buy a pack of crayons and a coloring book and well, color….Well at this very first Stampin'Up! workshop the demonstrator showed me how to stamp…. easy enough….then she brought out the Stampin' Pastels and demonstrated how to use them……( this was years before Blender Pens and Aqua Painters…lol ) I was amazed … I could Stamp then color and turn it into a card…WOW ….Now on top of that it was SALE A BRATION…..and we were using a set from the SAB catty…..remember this one ( I don't even remember the name of the set)

Pink Rubber and all…. I had to have it…..I love flowers and I love to color….so Of course I ordered the Stampin' Pastels, an Ink Pad, and the water color pencils( I just happen to see them in the catty)…and I made the $50.00 mark and that stamp set was coming home baby…….and of course I was hooked…..
Isn't it funny , what will trigger a memory and bring back that warm fuzzy feeling….I now feel the need to pull out my Stampin' Pastels and color…I'm seeing next months workshops being a little retro…and featuring the oldie but goodie…..Stampin Pastels.
Well I'm off to color ….don't forget to leave a comment for some Blog Candy….see my previous posts…
